Colorado Farm Workforce Cooperative

The Colorado Farm Workforce Cooperative (CFWC) aims to be a sustainable, socially responsible farm labor contracting cooperative that benefits both farmers and farm workers in Colorado. By prioritizing ethical practices and shared ownership, we aim to provide a high-quality labor solution that benefits both Colorado’s agricultural producers and the essential workers who power them.
