A strategic initiative of the Rocky Mountain Famers Union and funded by the Western Regional Agriculture Stress Assistance Program, AgWell seeks to create support systems, and opportunities for social connection throughout even the most rural regions of Colorado, New Mexico, and Wyoming. With a focus on farm stress reduction and farmer well-being initiatives, we believe that we can create a world where farmers, ranchers, and their communities thrive.
