The officers and Board of Directors at RMFU and its entities shall develop and submit a strategic plan to the delegates in convention at least every five years for growing the organization and its entities, for improving and facilitating activity for the members of the organization, developing an understanding and taking action towards improving equity and diversity, and developing programs that will enhance the well-being of family farmers and ranchers.
