Danny Wood – Candidate for District I

 I am Danny Wood I am the current district one director of RMFU. My wife Lorrie and son Zach and I have a dry land farming operation in the Peetz Colorado area. We raise wheat, corn, milo, and proso millet. I served on the Logan county conservation district for 12 years. I also served on the Logan county county committee for 13 years. I testified multiple times, and did many TV radio and newspaper interviews for The Right to Repair working with Tyler and other RMFU staff to champion Colorado to be the first State signed into the law. I served on the Peetz school board for 10 years. I have served on the church board as the treasurer for many many years! I have been on the Peetz Telephone Board for 37 years, the first twelve serving as secretary and have served the remainder as president. I am just finishing my 6th year as district one director. I am running for another term because I absolutely love the job of being the director of district one I want to be instrumental and making sure that Tyler transitions into our new CEO successfully and help oversee the great insurance business that we have and all the other good things we have in place.
