Livestock First Aid (NM)

June 15 @ 10:00 am - 12:00 pm MDT

Stuff happens, and when it does, it’s on us as producers to be ready.

Join for a hands-on livestock first aid class with local veterinary services. You’ll walk through real-life scenarios, learn practical skills, and get more confident handling common emergencies before the vet arrives.

We’ll cover the basics like wound care, injections, triage decisions, and when it’s time to call for help, plus plenty of tips and tricks you can use on your operation.

Each attendee will also receive a starter first aid kit to take home, courtesy of RMFU’s AgWell Program.

Food is included, so come hungry, bring your questions, and spend the evening learning alongside other producers.

Don’t wait until something goes wrong to figure it out. Learn how to be prepared, now!

June 15th from  10:00am – 12:00pm with 1.5 hours of instruction, then food and socializing.
