Proposed Amendments to Bylaws Due

This year, RMFU is completing a comprehensive
review of our bylaws to ensure compliance with all legal
organizational requirements. We are also updating our
structure to best serve our members, including modern
mechanisms of meeting, voting, and communication as
well as removing provisions that do not align with modern
corporate practice.

We want to hear from you! As RMFU members, all are
invited to submit proposed changes to the bylaws.
All proposed amendments to current bylaws must be
submitted by September 21, 2026. Proposed changes will
be voted on in November at our annual convention.
