Savoir was born out of Lehanna’s desire to reclaim her family’s agricultural legacy—one lost when her great-grandparents’ farm in Louisiana slipped from their hands. The name “Savoir,” which means “to know, to be aware, to see” in French, reflects her mission to recover and revive generational knowledge around land stewardship, sustainable living, succession planning, and collective resilience.
Starting with cut flowers and herbs, Lehanna and her family began crafting teas and medicinal skincare products as a way to reconnect with the land. Today, they are actively regenerating nine acres in Colorado, expanding into a sustainable meat sheep operation while continuing to grow their botanical offerings. Their work is not only about cultivation, but also about cultivating awareness, heritage, and hope.
Beyond the farm, Lehanna serves on the Pueblo Agriculture Advisory Board and is an engaged member of the Pueblo Food Project, where she contributes her insights and energy to strengthening local food systems. She also works hands-on within the dairy operation of a certified organic farm, deepening her experience in livestock care, pasture management, and holistic farm practices.
Lehanna Jones is driven by a profound commitment to building a multigenerational legacy rooted in care—for the land, for her community, and for those yet to come. Her work through Savoir is a testament to the power of remembrance, reconnection, and regenerative action.
