Grant Reporting Requirements

Grant reports for recipients are due by November 1, 2026. Reports can be submitted by completing the form on this page.

On the original grant application form, each grant recipient submitted a description of the data that would be tracked as part of their participation in the Regenerative and Local Food Access Grant. Copies of that form were emailed to the grant applicant. If you need that information again, please contact LeeAnne Sanders at leeanne.sanders@rmfu.org.

All reports submitted on this page should be related to either or both of the following broad categories:

• Increased adoption or expansion of on-farm conservation practices
• Adoption or expansion of local food access

Data collection should be completed as identified in the grant. Examples of data may include but is not limited to:

• Acres under regenerative management
• Number of new practices implemented
• Farmer knowledge and confidence
• Amount of food donated or sold locally
• Number of local food outlets served

In addition to the data collected narrative examples and explanations are highly encouraged as are photos and videos of the work completed.
