RMFUF Harvest Moon Gala: Wild Wild Wyoming!

Happy Autumn—The leaves are changing, harvest is in full swing, and we are gearing up for a great convention and fun Harvest Moon Gala!

This year, we are celebrating Wild Wild Wyoming! Join us by donning your best western wear, complete with hats and boots. The Gala will feature an array of casino games, a delicious Fall feast, a silent and live auction, and a chance to take home some great prizes. The Harvest Moon Gala is our premier fun’raiser for all of our great education programs, including camp, scholarships, Fellows, women’s conference, and so much more. Please join us for a night of fun and fellowship by attending, helping to secure auction items, or being a sponsor.

To donate items to the auction and/or to be a financial sponsor, please complete the online form at Support – Rocky Mountain Farmers Union (rmfu.org). All auction items and sponsorships must be submitted by November 3. Our auction will go LIVE online on Friday, November 14, allowing everyone time to look and bid on items the week before the convention. All items will be displayed at the convention leading up to the Gala, and the auction will close at the conclusion of the program on Friday night.  Before going live on November 14, we will be sending out instructions on the virtual platform and on how to register with ease.  This online platform will enable us to engage members and others who may not be in attendance at the Gala, ultimately benefiting the Foundation.  But for now, please submit all auction item donations and sponsorships through the link provided.
