Counselors Make the Camp!

The magic of summer camp wouldn’t be the same without our dedicated team of camp counselors. Mentors, role models, and guides for our students, camp counselors play a key part in making RMFU’s Cooperative Leadership Camp happen. We are currently accepting applications for our 2025 camps. If you are ready for a fun and rewarding experience, we encourage you to apply!

Key details:

• • Salary for first-year staff is $60/day (under 18 years old; and/or in high school); and$75/day for those over 18 years old (first year college or older). Returning staff salaries increase by $5/day for each year of experience.
  • Mileage to and from camp will be paid if you are using your personal vehicle.
  • All meals and lodging are covered by RMFU.
  • If you have a previous application on file, you must reapply to be eligible for this calendar year.
  • You must be present at camp on the following dates:
    • Junior Camp: July 17 – 20, 2026, YMCA of the Rockies
    • Senior Camp: July 20 – 23, 2026, YMCA of the Rockies
